I think that a dog sniff is not a violation of the 4th amendment because the sniff is not intruding on private property. the dog sniff  was in  a public area near the defendants home there for Frnaky the dog and the offficers were not intruding on the defendants property. they were just mearly on the  front porch and that is considered public property in the state of florida. And acording tp relevant past presedents a dog sniff is a unique thing and that the amandent doesnt apply to the sniff expecialy in a public area.
