A Friend Of the Court

November 4th, 2012

The United States should not hear any of these cases.  This is because the issues brought up did not occur in the United States and did not effect and people living in the United States.  If the United States was to get involved in cases not affiliated with themselves then that would be a waste of time and resources.  Cases cost a lot of money and take up time.  The time spent deciding this case could be spent on another more important case.  The case should be dealt with in the country it occurred in.  It would be too hard to make sure people paid their dues if they owed money.  It would be very difficult to bring someone to prison from another country too if they were found guilty.  The best thing for the United States to do is to not hear cases like these and leave them be.
