The crime should be exposed when the police feel it is appropriate. If the crime of the wrongdoer is clearly bad, the police should take action even if they were told that the activity would be private. Police have the right to step in if peoples lives are in danger or if the wrongdoer if making illegal decisions. I am not sure which side marijuana falls, it is illegal but so many people do it with out getting caught and Jardines just happen to get caught. But I would say that if you are doing anything illegal, such as drugs, you should be held accountable for it. Drugs are illegal in the state of Florida so I think that Jardines is fighting a case that he already lost. If he had such an abundance of marijuana then he should serve the consequence, since it is illegal where he lives.
